Vacuum Coolers Brief Description

The technology of vacuum cooler is based on two principles: water boils/evaporates at lower vacuum pressure and the water boils/evaporates boiling process will take away heat.

The vaccum cooling process starts with the palletized products being loaded into vacuum chamber, then the vacuum cooling systems starts to evacuate the air from the vacuum chamber. When the vacuum pressure achieved the water evaporates level, the products heat begin take away by water evaporates. The boiling process from core to exterior of the products, so the products can uniformly cooled. The products can quickly cooled down to 1-5 ⁰C within 20 – 30 minutes.
